The more you give, the greater impact the fund will have.
There are two ways to join the Physicians’ Community Impact Fund:
1) Founders
Founders make a leading gift of $15,000 payable over three years. Founder-level commitments must be received by Dec. 31, 2025.
Founders will receive:
Membership in the fund for three years.
Founder recognition that will last for generations.
One vote during the annual grantmaking process.
An invitation to the annual celebration.
2) Members
Members make an annual gift of $500 or more.
Members will receive:
Yearly recognition as a member of the PCIF.
One vote during the annual grantmaking process.
An invitation to the annual celebration.
