Thank you to the members of the Physician’s Community Impact Fund who have made an annual gift of $500 or more. Members have the opportunity to vote during the annual grantmaking process and are invited to attend the annual event. Membership is open to all Chippewa Valley physicians whether retired or practicing, regardless of clinic or hospital affiliation. Members may join at any time throughout the year.
